At Addax, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your Addax account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Package Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

Ship the Parcel

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
